1. Quick Order Cancellation / Refund (Within 30 Minutes of Delivery)

  • Customers can request a cancellation or refund within 30 minutes after the product is successfully delivered.
  • Requests must be made via:

2. Returns / Refunds After Delivery

  • Only incorrect or defective items can be returned after delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Perishable items (fresh meat, chicken) are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved.

3. Exchanges

  • If a delivered product is damaged or wrong, you may request an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
