Return & Refund Policy
1. Quick Order Cancellation / Refund (Within 30 Minutes of Delivery)
- Customers can request a cancellation or refund within 30 minutes after the product is successfully delivered.
- Requests must be made via:
- After 30 minutes from delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Returns / Refunds After Delivery
- Only incorrect or defective items can be returned after delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Perishable items (fresh meat, chicken) are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved.
3. Exchanges
- If a delivered product is damaged or wrong, you may request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
